Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronic Channels Support and Development Engineer to provide technical leadership to Prosegur's technical team, ensuring specialized second-level support for ATMs, IPC devices, and Cash Today solutions, and serving as the primary technical liaison between local operations and factory support. At PROSEGUR, we seek an Electronic Channels Support and Development Engineer to provide technical leadership to Prosegur’s junior and senior technical teams nationwide, ensuring specialized second-level support for automated teller machines (ATMs), IPC devices, and Cash Today solutions. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between local operations and factory support (GRG/OEM), and is responsible for resolving complex incidents, developing and maintaining technical documentation, executing customer certification/pilot projects, and delivering continuous training to the field team. REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Desirable: Specialization or diploma in Project Management, Automation, or Financial Technology. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for automated teller machines (ATMs), financial self-service equipment, or automation systems. At least 1 year of experience leading or coordinating technical teams in similar roles. Desirable: Experience in banking services or fintech. English level B2 or higher (listening comprehension, oral expression, reading, and writing). Mandatory for communication with factory technical support (GRG) and interpretation of manuals, bulletins, and technical documentation.
