Ensure minimum inventory using KANBAN tools A prominent textile production company seeks qualified personnel with a technical or university degree in production, industrial engineering, production management, or related fields to join its team as an Engineering Analyst, requiring at least 6 months of experience in the textile industry. · Job Mission: Facilitate the development of the manufacturing process by applying tools such as methods and time studies, production planning, line balancing, workload allocation, and identification of machines and tools to enhance company productivity. · Responsibilities: Perform short-interval scheduling using hourly scheduling tools and plant-level production balancing. Maintain consistent individual and group efficiency levels according to the product being manufactured. Ensure work-in-process inventory remains at the minimum level using KANBAN tools. Implement improvements at workstations. · Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in office software. · Professional Competencies: Effective communication Reading comprehension Leadership and mental effort. · Salary: $2,000,000 to $2,800,000 (commensurate with experience) + social benefits. Working Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Contract Type: Permanent.
