




Job Summary: A leading company in the sector is seeking an External Commercial Advisor for microcredit placement and portfolio collection. Key Highlights: 1. A leading company in the sector requires an EXTERNAL COMMERCIAL ADVISOR for its team to perform duties including: microcredit placement and portfolio collection. Position: EXTERNAL COMMERCIAL ADVISOR Academic Level: Technical, technological, or university student from the fifth semester onward, preferably distance or virtual studies in Administrative, Commercial, or Financial programs, or rural-related fields such as Animal Science, Agriculture, and related disciplines. Experience: 6 months of external sales experience for tangible or intangible products, e.g., TAT, Merchandiser, Sales Promoter, or Field Sales Representative for rural products. A personal vehicle is not mandatory; however, if owned, the driver’s license and SOAT insurance must be valid and up to date. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract: Fixed-term, directly with the Bank. Salary: $1,750,905 (during training) + $2,138,060 (after certification, adjustable per internal policies) + Non-statutory mobility allowance ranging between $300,000 and $619,000 depending on assigned portfolio + Performance-based bonuses + Statutory benefits.
