Economic Conditions Base Salary: Current Legal Minimum Wage (SMLV) + Transportation Allowance: Statutory allowance + Mobility Allowance: Rolling allowance (to cover fuel and vehicle maintenance) + Incentives: Uncapped bonuses (commissions based on goal achievement). 2. Essential Requirements Personal transportation: Must have a means of transport (motorcycle or car). Skills: Excellent customer service, persuasion, and results orientation. Knowledge: Familiarity with pet product portfolios and veterinary services. Must have personal transportation 3. Functions and Responsibilities Field routes: In-person visits to existing store/clinic customers. Commercial expansion: Onboarding new customers in assigned areas of Bogotá. Comprehensive management: Selling products (food, accessories, pharmaceuticals) and promoting veterinary services. Customer loyalty: Post-sales follow-up and resolution of basic technical inquiries. 4.
