Job Description: As a Facilities Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for preserving physical facilities in optimal operating condition through scheduling of locative maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule building maintenance activities. Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage quotations from vendors and contractors for procurement of services or supplies, and track quotation status. Analyze request criticality to prioritize responses. Analyze, consolidate, and generate statistics on planning and execution of maintenance activities. Required Knowledge: Building maintenance planning (predictive, preventive, and corrective). Locative repairs. HVAC systems in manufacturing plants (pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries). Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as SAP or Maximo. Microsoft Office. Requirements: 3 years of experience in building maintenance planning. Education: University graduates, final-semester students, or technologists in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, Architecture, or related fields focused on building maintenance.
