Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, conduct daily facility inspections, and ensure the proper operation of physical facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of physical facilities. 2. Knowledge of construction, tiling, drywall, painting, and basic electricity. 3. Support for infrastructure improvements and management of tool inventory. A leading national company in the products sector requires a Facility Maintenance Technician for its team. Education: High school diploma; Technical degree in masonry, construction, or related fields; or certified experience in the area. Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, performing preventive and corrective tasks on physical facilities. Knowledge required in construction, tiling, drywall, painting, plastering, basic electricity, plumbing, and general maintenance. Responsibilities: Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance; perform daily facility inspections; ensure proper operation of electrical networks and lighting systems; respond to facility-related requests across different areas; carry out repairs; maintain maintenance records; manage tool inventory; clean wastewater systems; and support infrastructure improvement initiatives. Salary: COP $2,108,000 + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus 2 Saturdays per month (half-day).
