




Job Summary: We are seeking commercial advisors to identify, approach, and provide strategic advisory services on financial and insurance products, with emphasis on cross-selling and customer engagement. Fixed-location work with direct customer interaction We are looking for commercial advisors with experience selling tangible or intangible products. Responsibilities: Strategically identify and approach customers at physical locations. Analyze, advise, and promote appropriate credit card and insurance products. Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Cross-selling. Requirements: Must be of legal age. Recent 6-month verifiable experience in in-person sales of tangible or intangible products. Candidates without experience but possessing strong commercial skills are welcome. Cold-calling customer engagement experience is preferred. Excellent commercial attitude. Desirable experience in in-person sales of telecommunications, mobile plans, insurance, credit cards, tourism packages, funeral plans, medical plans, among others. High school graduates, technical or technological diploma holders, or university students available on weekends and holidays are eligible. Strong commercial skills and outstanding attitude required. Work is conducted at a fixed location. Schedule and Compensation: Weekend Promoter – Weekends WEEKENDS: 8 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays Average base salary: $466,908 + statutory benefits + excellent commissions Contract type: Project-based employment contract with all statutory benefits.
