Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for TAT commercial advisory services, responsible for conducting visits, offering products, and achieving sales quotas on assigned routes. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Conduct visits along the assigned route. Present the product portfolio. Plan and achieve established sales quotas for customers within your territory. Academic Qualification: Completed high school education Experience: At least 12 months of experience in TAT sales, pre-sales, and commercial performance indicator achievement. SALARY: $1,750,905 + variable bonus of $1,963,000 paid upon achievement of performance indicators; guaranteed for the first month + legal transportation allowance of $249,095 + additional mobility allowance based on the mileage of your zone + excellence bonus of $140,000 AVERAGE SALARY: $4,000,000 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, including holidays, from 6:00 a.m. until completion of the route. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
