




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Professional with banking experience and commercial skills to manage financing, optimize cost of capital, and ensure regulatory compliance within a corporate group. Evaluate and mitigate operational risks in financing agreements Within our corporate group, we are looking for a Financial Professional in Bogotá with commercial skills to support the finance department, possessing extensive experience in the banking sector and ensuring compliance with processes and their follow-up. Main Responsibilities: Identify, contact, and secure commercial agreements with banking entities and factoring companies to leverage the corporate group's (CG) financing operations. Communicate (via phone and written correspondence) with financial institutions, acting as the primary liaison for managing resources and liquidity solutions for each company within the CG. Submit to various institutions a complete, reviewed, and approved checklist—by the finance coordinator or management—for the CG’s requests. Research and analyze financial sector offerings, designing value propositions that enable optimization of cost of capital and improvement of credit terms. Perform vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements, calculating and interpreting key indicators. Prepare cash flow statements and monthly projections, both for internal use and for presentation to financial institutions, providing robust decision-making tools. Collect and structure qualitative company information to support credit applications and profiles. Continuously update and maintain the CG’s meeting and visit records. Generate digital files per company and collect necessary documentation for each credit operation request according to the CG’s needs. Conduct meticulous validation and control of documentation and processes related to factoring and financing operations, ensuring absence of errors or inconsistencies. Evaluate and mitigate operational risks associated with financing agreements, identifying potential documentation flaws that could jeopardize transaction success. Implement corrective and preventive measures to ensure all operations meet the highest standards of quality, security, and current regulations. Consolidate and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly, and/or monthly) to the finance coordinator on the overall status, progress, and schedule of credit applications. Requirements: Education: University degree in finance, economics, or related fields within the financial sector. Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. Knowledge: Intermediate Excel and office productivity tools. Human Competencies: Excellent personal presentation, dignified, empathetic, and respectful demeanor. Contract: Fixed-term contract until December, renewable annually.
