Job Summary: We are seeking a Fixed Assets Assistant to control, manage, and monitor the company's assets, ensuring their proper registration and preservation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure control and management of fixed assets. 2. Conduct inventories and reconciliations. 3. Handle and update documentation and reports. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Fixed Assets Assistant. Position Objective Ensure control, management, and monitoring of the company's fixed assets, guaranteeing accurate registration, location, inventory, and preservation of assets in accordance with internal procedures and established policies. Academic Qualifications Technical or Technological degree in Accounting, Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. Salary: $1.750.905 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, administrative hours with availability as required by operational needs. Main Responsibilities Control and registration of fixed assets in the system. Conduct inventories and reconciliations. Track asset transfers, disposals, and locations. Verify the physical condition of assets.
