Job Summary: We are seeking a flexographic machine operator and production assistant to support machinery operations, perform basic maintenance, and assist with general operational tasks in the plant. We are looking for a flexographic machine operator and production assistant to join our plant team. The selected candidate will support the operation of a flexographic machine used for applying varnishes and coatings onto packaging materials. In addition, they will participate in various production-related activities, including cleaning, basic maintenance, and plant organization. Main responsibilities include: * Operating and assisting in the setup of the flexographic machine for varnish and coating application processes. * Performing assembly, preparation, cleaning, and organization of machine components. * Assisting with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials in the plant and warehouse. * Keeping work areas, equipment, tools, and materials clean and organized. * Supporting general production activities, packaging, storage, and dispatch. * Performing basic maintenance, preventive cleaning, and care of equipment and facilities. * Following production, industrial safety, and quality instructions. * Reporting anomalies, malfunctions, or maintenance needs during operation. * Collaborating with the team on general operational tasks of the company. We seek a responsible, organized, punctual individual with a strong willingness to learn. A collaborative attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to completing assigned tasks are essential. Prior experience in flexographic printing processes, machinery operation, industrial production, material handling, basic maintenance, or manufacturing plants will be valued. This is an on-site position requiring willingness to perform operational, physical, and general support tasks within the plant.
