Job Summary: We are seeking a gardener to maintain and enhance green areas and common areas, ensuring an aesthetic and functional environment for residents. Key Highlights: 1. An allied company located in Medellín requires a Gardener with a minimum of six (6) months of experience performing green area maintenance. · Academic qualification: Primary education. · Mission: Promote and maintain green areas, surroundings, and common areas of the horizontal property in optimal condition, guaranteeing a clean, aesthetic, and functional environment for residents. · Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning of green areas and common areas, ensuring order, cleanliness, and good condition of facilities. Prune, water, and fertilize soil in green areas to keep them in optimal condition. Operate a machete and other necessary tools for garden and surrounding maintenance. Conduct constant inspections of the garden and its surroundings to identify maintenance needs. Carry out local, preventive, and corrective repairs in assigned areas, preserving their functionality and safety. · Technical Knowledge: Operation of machinery and manual tools (machete, hedge trimmer, machete, high-reach pruner, pruning shears, leaf blower). Certification in gardening is preferred. · Professional Competencies: Good interpersonal skills. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Ability and analytical capacity to perform the job.
