Teamwork with assertive communication and good interpersonal relationships An allied company is seeking a high school graduate for its team, with a food handling course and six (6) months of experience in related positions. · Mission: Support the operation of the kitchen service by performing basic food preparation, laundry, cleaning, and disinfection tasks, ensuring optimal conditions of hygiene, order, and compliance with sanitary regulations. · Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks in kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring appropriate hygiene conditions. Assist in basic food preparation according to established guidelines, ensuring quality and food safety. Carry out laundry processes for uniforms and linens, ensuring their cleanliness, organization, and availability. Maintain order and proper arrangement of supplies and work areas, facilitating service operations. Comply with sanitary regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and proper use of personal protective equipment. · Professional Competencies: Assertive communication.
