




Job Summary: We are seeking a Brand Manager to boost sales and visibility of premium sports products by advising customers and managing sales routes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales promotion and end-customer advisory for sports brands. 2. Implementation of display strategies and POP material management. 3. Training store staff on technical features and promotions. We are looking for a Brand Manager PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed academic high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent and verifiable experience in marketing, sales, cold promotion, or sales support. Mandatory: Specific experience selling bicycles or premium sports goods. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Route Management: Visit active retail points strictly adhering to the assigned schedule. Sales Promotion: Advise end customers to increase sell-out and encourage repurchase at the point of sale (POS). Visibility: Implement display strategies and manage POP materials to highlight the brand. Information Control: Collect data on sales, stockouts, pricing, and competitors. Training: Train store staff on bicycle technical specifications and current promotions. Relationship Management: Ensure excellent relationships with store managers and customers to secure brand positioning. WORKING CONDITIONS Salary: $1750905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits. Additional benefits: Hydration allowance ($30000) + Route/mobility allowance (valued according to work plan).
