JOB REQUIREMENTS: For this opportunity, the firm is seeking talent for the position of IT Analyst (IT Analyst). You must meet the following criteria: - Graduate or student from the 7th semester onward in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. - ITIL certification and Intermediate Excel skills preferred. - Minimum 1 year and 6 months of experience (including internships) in managing requirements and incidents reported to the help desk; user, group, and device management in Active Directory; cloud services management — Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Security & Compliance, Azure AD, and Intune); and end-user support.
