Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment and selection processes, administering employment contracts, supervising payroll and timekeeping, managing personnel documentation, and coordinating HR-related events. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between employees and management, facilitating communication and resolving any arising conflicts. Prior experience in human resources management and in-depth knowledge of labor regulations are required. You must be an organized individual with effective written and oral communication skills.
