Job Summary: HSE Professional to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System in civil or electrical construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System. 2. Provide technical support and functional guidance in the execution of activities. 3. Promote a preventive culture and strengthen staff competencies. Job Objective * Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System in the assigned operation or project through planning, coordination, and monitoring of established plans, programs, and procedures; providing technical support to the HSE Coordinator and functional guidance to HSE Supervisors for correct field activity execution. Guarantee compliance with legal, contractual, and corporate requirements through information analysis, report preparation, document management, indicator control, accompaniment in critical activities, and verification of operational performance; promoting a preventive culture and strengthening staff competencies to contribute to achieving HSE system objectives.
