Requirements: Technical or technological student in Human Management, Human Talent, or related programs. Letter of introduction for the start of the practical training stage. Availability to sign an apprenticeship contract. Basic proficiency in office tools. Organizational skills, teamwork, and proactivity. Main Responsibilities: Support in recruitment and selection processes. Organization and updating of personnel documentation. Support in hiring and onboarding processes. Management and follow-up of databases. Support in activities of the Human Talent area.
