Strengthen the organizational climate A prominent company in the dairy sector requires, for its workforce, a technician, technologist, or professional in human resource management, administration, psychology, or related fields, with a minimum of 12 months of work experience in the role and knowledge of payroll software. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing human resource management processes, ensuring appropriate personnel administration, compliance with labor regulations, and strengthening of the organizational climate; ensuring the availability and well-being of human talent required for production, quality, logistics, and distribution operations, thereby contributing to the achievement of productivity, food safety, and industrial safety standards. Salary: Between 1 and 2 minimum legal monthly wages (SMMLV) + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Academic Level: Technician, technologist, or professional degree in human resource management, administration, psychology, or related fields.
