




Position Summary: A Human Resources Assistant is required to support payroll administration, social benefits, social security, and accounting processes related to human talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support comprehensive payroll and social benefits administration 2. Process payroll settlements and manage payroll-related updates 3. Prepare accounting reports under IFRS and manage staff supplies COLTOLIMA LTDA requires a Human Resources Assistant who must perform the following functions: Support payroll, social benefits, and social security administration and settlement. Process vacation, bonus, severance, and employee retirement settlements. Manage payroll updates, including hires, terminations, and personnel changes in the system. Prepare and analyze accounting reports related to payroll and social benefits under IFRS. Submit and follow up on medical leave certifications with EPS and ARL. Issue labor certificates, income certificates, and withholding certificates. Manage inventory and distribution of staff supplies. Prepare human resources management reports, vacation reports, birthday reports, and regulatory compliance reports. Support administrative and accounting processes related to human talent. · Requirements: Technical or technological degree in accounting and finance.
