REQUIREMENTS: Recruitment and mass coverage of RQs. Recruitment, onboarding, and induction. Staff retention and accompaniment. Management of disciplinary processes and separations. Occupational well-being and psychosocial risk programs. Compliance with labor regulations. Handling of internal and external clients. Preparation of management reports and indicators. Results-oriented approach and achievement of assigned goals within established timeframes. Professional in Psychology, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the role.
