Required Profile: Education: Technical or Technological degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of verifiable experience performing similar functions. Main Responsibilities: Training and Induction: Coordinate and execute the annual training schedule. Lead induction and re-induction processes. Performance Evaluation: Support the application of evaluation tools, consolidate results, and monitor improvement plans. Welfare and Climate: Execute the Company’s welfare plan activities and integration events. Internal Communications: Manage organizational communication channels (bulletin boards, mass emails, newsletters, etc.). Separation Process: Manage the entire employee exit process, conduct exit interviews, issue certificates of good standing and clearance, and handle administrative departure procedures. Documentary Management: Maintain up-to-date employee files and physical/digital departmental archives in accordance with current regulations. Administrative Support: Provide support for invoice processing, stationery requests, and other departmental requirements. Key Competencies: Excellent writing and spelling skills.
