Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Talent Analyst to support the execution of key personnel management processes and contribute to organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the Human Talent Management Department in daily operational activities. 2. Manage onboarding and hiring documentation. 3. Collaborate in logistics for inductions and training sessions. A prominent company in the sector is seeking a Human Talent Analyst residing in Agustín Codazzi. Required Profile: Technical or technological degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in human resource management processes. Main Responsibilities: Assist the Human Talent Management Department in daily operational and support activities for the department. Manage onboarding documentation and update resumes; handle hiring processes. Support logistics for inductions and training sessions. Maintain an updated database of resumes. Support welfare activities and internal events. Handle basic employee inquiries (certifications, administrative questions). Archive physical and digital documentation in compliance with regulations. Support implementation of the plan derived from Social and Environmental Impact Assessments (EISA). Prepare and deliver administrative letters and/or memoranda to employees and stakeholders as required. Register and respond to community-submitted PQRSFD requests via the PQR+ module. Required Knowledge: Labor legislation and social security regulations. Selection processes and competency-based management. Proficiency in office software and payroll systems.
