Join Us!!! At Carvajal, we are looking for an implementation and configuration technician. We seek a technician or technologist in systems, electronics, telecommunications, security, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in database support, configuration, and/or customer service roles. Experience required in technical support or IT, customer service, SQL database querying, and query execution. Experience in implementation, configuration, or technical service support processes is desirable. Main Responsibilities Execute customer implementation and configuration on assigned platforms. Query SQL databases and run queries for validation, analysis, and configuration support. Manage service initiation requests originating from the commercial department. Contact and accompany customers throughout the implementation process, adhering to established SLAs. Validate implementation information and documentation prior to execution. Conduct tests and validations of implemented configurations. Provide technical support during the implementation and service stabilization phase. Manage adherence, audits, and implementation timelines. Escalate and coordinate solutions with internal support teams when inconsistencies arise.
