A well-established company located in Medellín is seeking experienced personnel (minimum 6 months) to join its team as an industrial painter. · Academic background: High school diploma, technical or technological degree; currently enrolled, graduated, or not yet graduated. · Specific responsibilities: · - Apply paint according to technical specifications to ensure proper finishing of parts. - Optimize resource usage in the painting process. - Verify proper material preparation prior to painting. - Prepare the paint booth. - Guarantee quality of final products. · Required knowledge: · - Basic knowledge of electrostatic painting: surface preparation, use of electrostatic spray gun, and paint application. · Salary: COP 2,019,095 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or as required by plant operations. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.
