Job Summary: We are seeking a student in Networks and Data or Software Development to support technological maintenance and support activities, including user assistance, documentation creation, and infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance 2. User support and help desk assistance 3. Assistance with technical documentation and infrastructure management Applicants must be Technical or Technologist students in Networks and Data, Software Development, or related fields, with basic knowledge of desktop or laptop computer maintenance, networks and structured cabling, user support, installation of basic software, positive attitude and communication skills, and proficiency in Office 365. Key responsibilities include supporting coordination of corrective, preventive, or improvement maintenance; providing maintenance and user support for the company; handling help desk requests; assisting in the creation of technical documentation, manuals, and procedures; supporting the knowledge base within the management tool; validating the status of the technological infrastructure; contributing to the identification of required resources; and supporting infrastructure and system updates and maintenance. This internship will be conducted under SENA’s Apprenticeship Agreement.
