Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Environmental Supervisor to supervise, inspect, and support cleaning activities; accompany sanitary routes; and conduct environmental training. Training and support in operational management We are currently looking for an INTERNAL ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR CALI. Minimum one year of experience as a supervisor, preferably in the health sector. Responsibilities: Conduct site visits to accompany sanitary routes and deliver environmental training. Supervise, inspect, and provide support to cleaning assistants’ activities at workplaces. Conduct onboarding and training. Provide 100% support for machinery and supply movements within operational management. Manage administrative systems for information consolidation and PQR (Petitions, Complaints, and Suggestions). Support other operational activities. Skills and Competencies: Leadership, teamwork, diligence, organization, planning, time management, assertive communication, problem-solving, frustration tolerance. Salary: $2,349,050 COP, composed of: Base salary $1,800,000 + mobility allowance $300,000 + legal transportation allowance $249,005 + statutory benefits.
