Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or SIESA Inventory Control Analyst We seek a technician or technologist in administrative, logistics, information technology, or related fields, with experience in inventory control and auditing, intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or SIESA. The individual will be responsible for ensuring inventory reliability and supporting loss prevention through audits and in-store operational process controls. Required Knowledge Inventory management and control. Inventory rotation methods: FIFO (First In, First Out). Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. ERP knowledge (SAP or SIESA). Inventory audit techniques. Types of inventory and asset control. Main Responsibilities Prepare, record, and conduct physical inventory counts of goods and assets. Execute transactional entries in the system, generate reports, and monitor key performance indicators. Adhere to the audit schedule for key in-store processes (receiving, storage, inventory rotation, PUM, cash registers, etc.). Analyze collected data to identify discrepancies and prevent losses. Prepare and deliver periodic reports according to the schedule established by the department.
