Maintains assertive communication with customers and operations A prominent logistics-sector company requires a professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics with a minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, WMS handling, Microsoft Office suite, customer service, and logistics process management. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Sundays occasionally for general inventories). Work modality: On-site. Location: Calle 80 Logistics Park - Latam. Job objective: Ensure accurate tracking, control, and analysis of the distribution center inventory, guaranteeing data reliability, timely handling of discrepancies, and continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes, while leading operational staff. Main responsibilities: - Track and control the distribution center inventory. - Generate alerts and reports on identified discrepancies. - Manage and resolve discrepancies collaboratively with the team. - Maintain assertive communication with customers and operations departments. - Manage and lead operational staff (9 people). - Perform inventory reconciliations, cross-checks, and analyses. - Conduct continuous monitoring of the distribution center inventory. - Propose improvements to processes and the department.
