A leading retail company is seeking an Inventory Leader responsible for ensuring the control, tracking, and reliability of inventory information in stores and distribution centers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management and control. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP or SIESA). Familiarity with methodologies such as FIFO (First In, First Out). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Specific Knowledge: Analysis of inventory discrepancies. Control and tracking of physical inventory counts. Inventory audits. Key Responsibilities: Lead the inventory control process in assigned stores and distribution centers. Manage and ensure the reliability of the Kardex, performing adjustments and validations according to company policies. Schedule and execute merchandise and fixed asset inventories. Manage balances in defective goods warehouses and track returns to suppliers. Schedule and conduct audits of key store processes, identifying risks and potential causes of losses. Analyze results and propose action plans to reduce shrinkage. Prepare, analyze, and report management indicators and inventory reports. Support the ACI team by ensuring reliable information for decision-making. Monitor warehouse and assigned operations center evacuations. Lead and supervise the assigned team. Promote a healthy work environment based on effective communication and teamwork. Ensure compliance with company-established policies, processes, and procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
