Technical Competencies (Hard Skills) Strategic Management: KPI design, sales funnel analysis, and commercial forecasting. Tools: Advanced CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Commercial Finance: Budget management, profitability margins, and commission schemes. Research: Competitive analysis and business opportunity identification. Key Responsibilities Define and supervise monthly and annual sales targets. Lead, train, and evaluate the commercial executives team in Cali. Working Conditions Location: Cali, Cali-Yumbo road Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract. Pay Frequency: Biweekly. Base Salary: $3,000,000. Transportation Allowance: $500,000.
