Ability to write clearly and with proper spelling (especially for email/chat support). Basic knowledge of CRM or case management platforms (Zendesk, Kustomer, Salesforce, etc.) is mandatory. Soft Skills (key for the role): Excellent verbal and written communication. Academic Qualification: Technical or technological degree or higher, or professional degree; fully virtual students welcome Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service (in-person, telephone, chat, or email). Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or PQRS management is valued but not mandatory.
