Scheduling of psychometric tests A prominent company in the logistics and transportation sector requires a Technician or Technologist in administrative or human resources disciplines, with 1 year of certified professional experience in full-cycle recruitment. It is essential that this experience was gained within companies employing over 1,000 staff. Key responsibilities include: supporting billing operations, coordinating interviews with process leaders, direct contact with internal and external clients, scheduling psychometric tests, managing site visits, and other operational HR functions. Adaptability to change, proficiency in Excel, excellent personal presentation, and verbal fluency are required. We offer a BASE SALARY: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + Transportation Allowance + $2,000,000 + Statutory Benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:15 PM; Saturday availability as required by operational needs Work Location: Willingness to travel between offices.
