Opportunity for professional development and contribution to success We are seeking a Junior Procurement Professional for Par Servicios Integrales. PROFILE: A professional with solid experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, eager to assume a key role in optimizing material procurement and warehouse management within a demanding operation. We seek someone who understands that procurement generates business value through informed decision-making, effective negotiation, and rigorous process control. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with specialization. Minimum general experience of six (6) years and specific experience of five (5) years in procurement or supply chain management processes (RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Amendments, Contracts), material procurement and management, and warehouse management; preferably in the hydrocarbons sector or related industries (gas, energy, mining, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute competitive procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, tenders). Support and execute material procurement activities. Coordinate and lead supplier negotiation processes for resource optimization. Ensure compliance with policies, timelines, and process standards. Manage multiple concurrent processes while maintaining traceability and document organization. Prepare weekly progress reports on process execution. Document all activities performed in the database. Manage the procurement process according to defined procedures. Manage procurement processes via the client’s ERP platform. KNOWLEDGE IN: Procurement or SCM processes — RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Amendments, Contracts. Material management and procurement. Warehouse management. Development of evaluation matrices. Technical and economic analysis of proposals. Proficiency in office tools and advanced Excel. ERP proficiency — SAP for procurement processes. KEY COMPETENCIES: Assertive communication.
