Main Responsibilities: Support food preparation and setup according to the established menu. Perform portioning and plating tasks. Maintain order and immaculacy of the kitchen and work areas. Comply with food handling protocols and good manufacturing practices. Support functions related to kitchen service and operations. Requirements: Knowledge of EPM (standards, processes, and handling per internal guidelines). Knowledge of food handling and hygiene regulations. Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience. Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and sense of responsibility. Working Conditions: Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating shifts — morning, afternoon, and night (with a compensatory day during the week). Work Location: Suba, near Cafam de la Floresta.
