Your mission will be to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high quality standards, and motivate your team to deliver memorable culinary experiences to our customers. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team in dish preparation and plating. Design and update menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef. Manage inventory, place orders, and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Train and motivate staff to maintain a positive work environment. Oversee the presentation, flavor, and delivery timing of each dish. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Leader, Sous Chef, or similar role. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and technical specifications. Valid food handling certification. Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
