Manage inventory, place orders, and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Train and motivate staff to maintain a positive work environment. Oversee the presentation, taste, and delivery timing of each dish. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Leader, Sous Chef, or similar role. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and technical specifications. Valid food handling certification. Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
