We seek a Law professional with solid experience in labor relations and corporate law, capable of comprehensively leading Human Resources management processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and strengthening organizational culture. Requirements: Law degree. Specialization in Labor Law or Human Talent Management is desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations and corporate law. Key Knowledge Areas: Comprehensive Human Resources management. Colombian labor regulations and auditing. Social Security. Disciplinary processes. Labor management indicators. Management of regulatory agencies (Ministry of Labor, labor courts, UGPP, among others). Main Responsibilities: Lead and supervise Human Resources processes. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. Manage labor relations and disciplinary processes. Respond to requests from regulatory agencies.
