A leading multinational company in corporate and investment real estate services is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work at a major operation located in Bogotá and Funza. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in electricity, electromechanics, civil works, hydraulics, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective electrical maintenance Proficiency with lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, distribution panels, and wiring Experience in minor tenant maintenance and basic hydraulic maintenance Knowledge of electrical safety standards Main Responsibilities: Addressing and resolving electrical failures Inspection and maintenance of electrical systems Minor tenant repairs Support for internal modifications and furniture Preparation of technical reports Proper handling of tools and work equipment What We Offer: Project-based employment contract Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus occasional Saturdays Work location: Bogotá and Funza Salary: $2,200,000 + transportation allowance $500,000 + statutory benefits If you meet the profile and are interested in this opportunity, apply now!. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 2 years of experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, maintenance, conservation, conservation, maintenance, electrician, lineman, electrician
