




Position Summary: HSEQ Leader responsible for planning, implementing, controlling, and improving the organization's HSEQ Management System, promoting a risk prevention culture and continuous improvement. Promote an organizational culture based on risk prevention A prominent Engineering and Construction company requires an HSEQ Leader for its team to plan, implement, control, and improve the organization's HSEQ Management System, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations regarding occupational safety and health, environment, and quality at both administrative and operational levels, while promoting an organizational culture based on risk prevention and continuous improvement. Academic Qualifications: - Professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). - Valid OSH license. Additional Training (mandatory): - 50-hour or 20-hour OSH course (per current regulations). - Advanced working-at-heights certification. - Certification as Working-at-Heights Coordinator. - Training on applicable current regulatory requirements for the OSH Management System. - Knowledge and training in management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 – desirable). Experience: - Minimum two (2) years of experience leading HSEQ area processes. - Experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving management systems. - Field and administrative personnel management. - Experience in developing, controlling, and monitoring system documentation. Main Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and maintenance of the HSEQ Management System. - Ensure compliance with current legal regulations. - Design, update, and control system documentation. - Conduct inspections, audits, and follow-up activities in field and office settings. - Coordinate occupational risk prevention activities. - Investigate incidents and accidents and develop action plans. - Lead training programs in OSH, environment, and quality. - Supervise compliance with safety standards in projects and operations. - Manage indicators and reports to management. - Coordinate the working-at-heights program and other critical programs.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: supervisor, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, supervision, supervisor
