Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile assistant to support production and logistics operations in construction sites and plants, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards. Promotion of safe working conditions and compliance with regulations Partner company currently recruiting personnel with one (1) year of experience in the construction sector for white works and six (6) months of experience in production plants, to fill the position of assistant. · Mission: To efficiently and flexibly perform support activities in production and logistics—including loading, unloading, and preparation of materials—while adhering to quality, safety, and productivity standards, thereby contributing to the timely execution of plant and site operations. · Responsibilities: Support the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, tools, and supplies at plants and construction sites, ensuring proper handling. Perform production tasks such as packaging, counting, and dispatching in accordance with established guidelines. Organize and store materials, ensuring correct classification, labeling, and preservation. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, promoting safe and appropriate working conditions. Prepare and stage shipments for construction sites or end customers, meeting delivery requirements. Safely operate minor tools and equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions or damage. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork. Responsibility and willingness for continuous learning. Excellent customer service skills. Positive attitude and adaptability to ongoing organizational changes related to the implementation of the management system and continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). · Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract Type: Permanent.
