Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support commercial and operational management in the sales floor, customer service, and vehicle inventory maintenance at Coltolima Ltda. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and sales floor management. 2. Support for advertising campaigns and events. 3. Vehicle inventory inspection and control. We want you on board! Responsibilities: Welcome customers and direct them to the required area. Direct customers interested in new vehicles according to plant assignments. Record 100% of prospect entries into the sales floor using the designated form for this activity. Create customers entering the sales floor in the CRM platform. Support opening and closing procedures of the sales floor, verifying that displayed vehicles and the sales floor are in proper condition to serve the public. Answer incoming calls. Support execution of advertising campaigns. Actively support and participate in events organized by Coltolima for customers. Perform visual and functional inspections of assigned vehicles when the primary responsible person is unavailable. Verify the overall vehicle condition, including bodywork, interior, tires, fluid levels, and any visible anomalies. Document findings, anomalies, or damages and immediately report them to the relevant department. Keep information updated in the forms or applications designated for vehicle inventory control.
