Job Summary: A major mass-consumption company is seeking a Distribution Operations Assistant to manage replacements, reconciliations, product delivery, and operational quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages replacements for absences such as vacations, medical leaves, and training, among others. 2. Controls product delivery and updates. 3. Supervises warehouse safety and standards. A major mass-consumption company requires a Distribution Operations Assistant for its team. REQUIREMENTS: Industrial engineering or related degree One year of recent and verifiable warehouse experience FUNCTIONS Management of replacements for absences including vacations, medical leaves, training, etc. Reconciliation of loans, supplier invoice payment requests, payroll management, and credit notes. Product delivery, customer satisfaction, updates of incidents, exchanges, and top-ups. Management of special customer requests; control of product delivery for reserved items; management of products according to campaigns or supply needs. Reporting of incidents; management of unsafe conditions; compliance with warehouse standards, MOA (Method of Application), Selective validations; validation of incidents in security camera footage; control of vehicle and product entry/exit.
