Job Summary: A prominent textile company seeks young individuals to train as hosiery machine operators, ensuring production quality and output volume. Key Highlights: 1. Detecting and resolving issues affecting production A leading textile company located in eastern Antioquia requires 30 young adults (aged 18 or soon to turn 18) with at least completed primary education (certifiable) to join its workforce and operations. Candidates must be willing to be sponsored by the company to become apprentices as hosiery or sock machine operators; prior work experience is optional. Job Mission: Operate assigned machines, identify root causes affecting production targets, and resolve them, while safeguarding sock production quality and quantity. · Specific Functions and Responsibilities: Ensure product quality. Meet daily production targets. Conduct thorough inspections to detect potential defects or non-conformities in products. Ensure proper operation of assigned machine groups. Guarantee meticulous inspection of each product. · This course will be delivered by SENA and consists of: A virtual theoretical phase requiring access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity. A practical phase conducted at Crystal’s Marinilla facility. Each phase lasts three months. · Requirements: Must be over 18 years old or about to turn 18. Primary education completed. Must not have had or currently hold an apprenticeship contract. Must not be disqualified by SENA due to failure to complete the proper termination procedure. Must not currently work or have previously worked at Crystal under a direct employment contract. Availability from Monday to Saturday across any of the following shifts: morning, afternoon, or night. · Financial Support: Phase 1: Maintenance allowance equal to 50% of the SMMLV + EPS affiliation Phase 2: Maintenance allowance equal to 100% of the SMMLV + EPS and ARL affiliation · Mixed Work Schedule: Rotating work shifts according to the production schedule.
