Role Description Ensure equipment in the conditioning area remains in optimal operating, maintenance, and qualified condition. Requirements Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Hydraulic, or related degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance and IQ, OQ, and PQ qualification of equipment; experience in equipment maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry or related fields. Basic Excel or Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency. Vendor management and quotation handling. Responsibilities Supervise efficient equipment operation. Perform preventive equipment maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, oil changes, bearing replacement, thermocouple replacement, jaw cleaning). Schedule repairs for mechanical failures occurring in equipment and machinery (belt replacement, couplings, shafts, chains, rollers, guard straightening); maintain detailed equipment and responsive vendor records. Execute IQ, OQ, and PQ qualification tests on conditioning area equipment (where applicable). Participate in preparing IQ, OQ, and PQ qualification reports for conditioning area equipment (where applicable). Ensure calibration validity for equipment requiring it.
