Position: Maintenance Coordinator Location: Cartagena Contract Type: Indefinite Department: Maintenance Role Purpose Ensure the optimal condition of the company's assets (over 80% of which are tractor-trailers) to guarantee their proper operational performance in delivering the company's services, through implementation and monitoring of the Maintenance Management and Asset Management processes—seeking balance among risk, performance, and cost. Key Responsibilities - Plan maintenance activities for assets (especially critical ones), considering available resources (labor, materials, tools, outsourced services). - Develop and maintain an updated annual preventive maintenance schedule, identifying planned activities along with their triggers (frequency in days, weeks, months, or meter-based metrics such as hours or kilometers). - Coordinate execution of work orders (in-house and outsourced) between maintenance leaders and technical staff. - Ensure full compliance with planned maintenance execution across various sites or locations. - Balance workloads among maintenance teams. - Coordinate with the warehouse department regarding availability of critical spare parts and consumables. Requirements and Key Competencies • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields • Experience: Minimum 3 years—managing fleets of over 20 units, supervising and monitoring vehicle maintenance programs, and managing personnel. - Possession of a professional license and/or applicable professional registration according to academic background . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
