At BrillAseo, we are looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator who is ready to take on the challenge of leading technical operations across multiple sites and guaranteeing high-quality service to our clients. This person will serve as the key liaison between operations and clients, ensuring proper execution of facility maintenance, timely response to client requests, and compliance with service agreements—while consistently maintaining cost efficiency and contract profitability. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor the team of Maintenance Supervisors. * Conduct client visits to verify service delivery and identify needs. * Manage incidents and client-reported requests. * Prepare quotations for additional services and facility-related work. * Control the budget assigned per client and operational costs. * Ensure correct application of AIU (Administrative, Insurance, and Utility fees) and contract profitability. * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordinate suppliers and technical personnel for work execution. * Present management reports and service performance indicators. * Maintain close and consistent communication with clients. MOTORCYCLE IS MANDATORY Profile We Are Seeking * Degree in Maintenance, Civil Works, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating facility maintenance or general services. * Experience in client management and quotation preparation. * Knowledge of budget control and cost analysis (AIU). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience leading operational teams.
