




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician or Engineering student to manage maintenance requests and ensure the client's operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule updating and intervention prioritization IN MEDELLÍN, we are looking for an Electromechanical Technician or a final-semester Engineering student, as well as technicians in mechanics, electricity, electronics, instrumentation and control, or related fields, with experience in maintenance planning and management, intermediate-level Excel proficiency, and coordination and tracking of technical requirements. ADDITIONALLY, knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment maintenance is desirable. Job Mission: Receive, manage, ensure traceability of, and drive to final closure maintenance requests, meeting response time requirements, service levels (ANS), quality standards, and financial control, to guarantee the client’s operational continuity. Academic Qualifications: Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related Technical Degree. Final-semester student in Electromechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 6 MONTHS in preventive and corrective maintenance planning. Experience in local services, minor electrical works, and/or electromechanical equipment. Technical Knowledge: Desirable knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment maintenance. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience in regulated electrical plants and systems. Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring its planning, tracking, and technical closure. Administer work orders (release, prioritization, and assignment) according to scheduling, criticality, and operational needs. Coordinate supplier management, including their onboarding, compliance with protocols, and ongoing communication. Manage purchase orders and invoicing, ensuring timeliness and alignment with operations. Update schedules and prioritize interventions based on asset status, operational risk, and business impact. Ensure adherence to maintenance timelines in coordination with the procurement department. Register and update operations and assets in the CMMS system, ensuring traceability and reliable indicators.
