Job Summary: We are seeking Maintenance Staff for a school to carry out cleaning, disinfection, event setup, and preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure a clean environment and appropriate hygiene conditions. 2. Support event logistics to contribute to their success. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the physical facilities. An education-sector company requires Maintenance Staff with a high school diploma and at least 12 months of work experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing exterior cleaning and disinfection, collection of organic and recyclable waste, as required in the school’s common areas, ensuring a clean environment, appropriate hygiene conditions, and compliance with established biosafety protocols. Ensure proper handling of resources supplied by the school for facility maintenance. Set up events organized by the school and support their logistics to contribute to their success. Report to the Maintenance Supervisor on the condition of the school’s infrastructure and propose solutions to support the implementation of improvements and repairs within the facilities. Assist the area management in controlling vehicle access, circulation, and parking within the school premises to prevent incidents. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the physical facilities, furniture, and equipment to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the school’s facilities.
