




Position Summary: You will be responsible for generating reports, insights, and analysis of commercial, customer, supplier, and process-related information to support informed decision-making. Implementing best practices in data analysis and new technologies MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE ANALYST You will be responsible for generating reports, insights, and analysis of commercial, customer, supplier, and process-related information using data management and visualization tools to ensure operational continuity and informed decision-making. Responsibilities: • Prepare agreed-upon reports for clients to support operations affected by these reports. • Enhance the information provided in reports sent to clients to increase the impact of the data delivered. • Continuously automate and optimize reports according to new market analytics tools to ensure information quality, continuous process improvement, and client satisfaction. • Identify emerging market practices and trends related to data analysis and the use of new technologies to implement best practices within departmental processes. • Generate insights and knowledge to support processes in understanding the results delivered. • Support and/or accompany streams during operational committees, helping identify improvement plans, progress updates, alerts, and other initiatives arising from data reviews. Work Location: Medellín / Hybrid Essential Requirements: • Graduate professional or final-semester student in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Production, Quality, or related fields. • Two years of experience handling databases, data analysis, visualization tools, Python programming, information reporting, and analytics knowledge (Desirable). • Proficiency in Office tools: PowerPoint, Word. • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. • Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). • Desirable: Python, SQL, AI tools (NotebookLM, Gemini, Gem creation).
