




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maritime Import Assistant to support operational and administrative processes for LCL and FCL imports, ensuring proper registration, control, and tracking of shipments, as well as customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in LCL and FCL maritime import operations. 2. Comprehensive management of shipment registration, control, and tracking. 3. Customer service and support for internal and external clients. Salary*: $1,800,000 *Schedule:* Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. *Position Description* We are currently seeking a Maritime Import Assistant to support operational and administrative processes related to LCL and FCL imports, ensuring accurate registration, control, and tracking of shipments, as well as timely service to internal and external customers. *Responsibilities* Perform freight pre-invoicing and prepare pre-invoices per shipment based on settlement and origin costs. Enter LCL consolidations and FCL shipments into the system. Register legalization invoice information notified by coordinators. Monitor and track container delivery at port and report maximum delivery dates. Support coordinators in completing KPI indicators when required. Respond to requests from internal and external customers via email (Gmail) and telephone (Zoiper). Carry out other duties inherent to the position. *Requirements* Technical or Technologist degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields. Minimum of 6 consecutive months of experience supporting maritime import operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of SGCS and SAGRILAFT policies and objectives. *Competencies* Organization and attention to detail. Customer orientation and teamwork.
